2. Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during sales.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-day return window for unworn/unused items with tags.
  • Final sale items (e.g., lingerie, personalized products) excluded.
  • Initiate returns via liquorishboutique.com/returns.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after we receive returns.
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty).

5. Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage/packaging
    We’ll replace or refund immediately.

6. International Orders

Customers outside the U.S.:

  • Responsible for return shipping/customs fees.
  • Mark packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties.

7. Holiday Policy

Extended returns until January 15 for purchases made November 1–December 24.
